摘 要:本文针对目前城市轨道交通领域重点关注的三模块铰接式有轨电车转向架总体方案进行了设计,首先通过参考现有铰接式车辆的结构,确定了转向架系统的组成并对其关键部分进行了选型,之后建立了三模块铰接式有轨电车动力学模型,在SIMPACK中仿真得到了不同运行工况下车辆的动力学性能指标。研究结果表明,该三模块铰接式转向架具有良好的直线运行稳定性、平稳性和曲线通过性能,均满足相关标准的要求,研究结果有望对三模块铰接式有轨电车的转向架设计提供一定的思路。In this paper,the overall scheme of the three-module articulated tram bogie,which is currently the focus of the urban rail transit field,is designed.Firstly,the composition of the bogie system is determined and its key parts are analyzed by referring to the structure of the existing articulated vehicle.After that,the dynamic model of three-module articulated tram is established,and the dynamic performance indicators of the vehicle under different operating conditions are simulated in SIMPACK.The research results show that the three-module articulated bogie has good linear running stability,ride comfort and curve passing performance,all of which meet the requirements of relevant standards.The research results are expected to provide certain ideas for the bogie design of the three-module articulated tram.
