摘  要:废旧产品的拆解回收和再利用对节能减排和资源再生具有重要意义。针对选择性拆解规划(Selective Disassembly Planning,SDP)问题,提出考虑碳排放的废旧产品拆卸规划。构建以回收利润、拆卸时间和减少碳排放为优化目标的SDP模型,采用改进多目标人工蜂群算法(Improved Artificial Multi-objective Bee Colony Algorithm,IMOABC)对该模型进行求解,通过某废旧双离合变速箱的案例验证方法的有效性。The disassembly, recycling and reuse of waste products are of great significance to energy saving, emission reduction and resource regeneration. To solve the problem of Selective Disassembly Planning(SDP), the disassembly planning of waste products with carbon emission was put forward. The Improved Artificial Multi-objective Bee Colony Algorithm(IMOABC) was used to solve the SDP model with the optimization goals of profit recovery, disassembly time and carbon emission reduction. The effectiveness of this method is verified by a case of an old dual-clutch transmission.
