摘  要:太钢不锈冷轧厂混合酸洗连退生产线自1998年投产运行,目前已运行多年,其中的电控系统急需升级换代。宝武集团要求建设智能化和绿色化工厂,因此提出冷轧厂使用自主集成国产化方案替代原有的软硬件控制系统,即在一二级替代方案基础上自主集成,新增智慧工厂、工业集控、工业机器人以及远程运行维护等内容。改造后的产线实现了全线智能化、绿色化与无人化。The mixed pickling and retreating production line has been in operation for many years since 1998, and the electric control system of it is in urgent need of upgrading. Baowu group requires the construction of intelligent and green chemical plants,so it is proposed to replace the original software and hardware control systems with autonomous integration and localization scheme in the cold rolling mill, that is, autonomous integration on the basis of the first-and second-level alternative scheme, new intelligent factories, industrial centralized control, industrial robots and remote operation and maintenance, and other content.After the transformation of the production line to achieve a full line of intelligent, green and unmanned.
