摘  要:新时代背景下,工匠精神融入高校工程实训思政教育是大势所趋。工匠精神与思政育人的教育目标一致,内涵元素高度相关,可以协同实施。鉴于目前工程实训思政育人不够突出和工匠精神培育体现不足的现实困境,从实训课程体系、师资团队和实训文化建设3方面进行工匠精神与思政理念的有机融合,并以车工实训为例,着重加强对实训教学目标、教学内容及教学考核的优化设计,助力高素质应用型人才的培育。Under the background of the new era, it is the general trend to integrate the craftsman spirit into the ideological and political education of engineering training. Craftsman spirit is consistent with the educational goal of curriculum ideological and political education, the connotation elements are highly related, which can be implemented together. In view of the practical dilemma that the ideological and political construction of practical training courses is not prominent enough and the cultivation of craftsman spirit is not reflected, we can organically integrate craftsman spirit into ideological and political concept from three aspects: training course system, teacher team and training culture construction. Taking the lathe worker training as an example,the optimization design of training teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching assessment is emphasized, so as to help the cultivation mission of high-quality skilled talents.
