摘 要:采用扫描电镜、X-粉末衍射和红外光谱研究了平均粒径为0.3μm、3μm和10μm的三种珍珠粉的粒径分布和矿物组成;采用KM小鼠皮肤为实验屏障,以TP-6智能透皮试验仪建立透皮吸收实验方法,采用紫外可见分光光度计测定钙离子含量,比较三种珍珠粉的钙离子透皮速率和24小时累计渗透量。结果表明:0.3μm珍珠粉存在团聚,3μm珍珠粉粒径均匀,10μm珍珠粉粒径差别大;三种珍珠粉的矿物组成主要为文石;透皮速率分别为0.0055、0.0089和0.0010 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),24小时累计渗透量分别为0.382±0.118、0.433±0.198和0.244±0.220mg·cm^(-2)。平均粒径3μm珍珠粉的透皮吸收效果最好。Scanning electron microscope,X-ray powder diffraction and infrared spectrum were used to study size distribution and mineral composition of pearl powder with average sizes of 0.3μm, 3μm and 10μm;KM rats skin was as experimental barrier, operated by TP-6 Intellectual Transdermal Tester was used to establish and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was utilized to determine Ca^(2+) content to compare Ca^(2+) transdermal rate and 24h cumulative penetration. The results were: pearl powder of 0.3μm agglomerated, pearl powder of 3μm had uniform particle size yet pearl powder of 10μm had particle size of great difference;the main mineral composition of three kinds of pearl powder is aragonite;the transdermal rates were respectively 0.0055, 0.0089 and 0.0010 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1) and 24h cumulative penetration were respectively 0.382 ±0.118, 0.433±0.198 and 0.244±0.220mg·cm^(-2). The pearl powder of 3μm showed the best transdermal absorption among the three pearl powders.
