摘　　要：目的 观察阳极经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合感觉统合训练对自闭症儿童情绪及认知的影响。方法 选取2020年3月—2022年3月收治的自闭症患儿138例,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组2组各69例。观察组给予阳极tDCS联合感觉统合训练治疗,对照组给予伪tDCS联合感觉统合训练治疗。比较2组治疗6周后临床效果及治疗前、治疗6周后自闭症情况[孤独症儿童行为检测量表(ABC)评分]、情绪状态[儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评分]、认知情况[韦氏儿童智力量表(WISC)评分]、感觉统合情况(儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评分),以及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果 治疗6周后,总有效率观察组为91.30%高于对照组78.26%(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,ABC各项评分和SCARED、DSRSC评分2组均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组;WISC和儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表各项评分2组均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,2组均未发现明显不良反应。结论 阳极tDCS联合感觉统合训练治疗自闭症患儿效果显著,可缓解自闭症情况,调节情绪状态,改善认知情况和感觉统合情况,且安全性较好。Objective To observe the effects of anodal transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with sensory integration training on emotion and cognition in children with autism.Methods A total of 138 children with autism admitted from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(n=69)and control group(n=69)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was given anodal tDCS combined with sensory integration training,and the control group was given pseudo-tDCS combined with sensory integration training.The clinical effects at 6 weeks after treatment as well as the autism status[Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)score],emotional status[Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)scale and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)score],cognitive status[Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISC)score],sensory integration[Children Sensory Integration Rating Scale(CSIRS)score]before and at 6 weeks after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At 6 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was 91.30%in the observation group and 78.26%in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 weeks after treatment,ABC scores and SCARED and DSRSC scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and lower in the observation group than in the control group.All scores of WISC and CSIRS were higher in the two groups than those before treatment,and higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Anodal tDCS combined with sensory integration training is effective in the treatment of children with autism.It can alleviate autism,regulate emotional state,improve cognitive function and sensory integration,and has good safety.
