摘　　要：第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类已于2022年5月正式出版,本文简要提炼第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类的一些重要进展和变化,并阐述在病理医师的日常实践诊断过程中如何辩证且合理地应用该分类,从而更为精准地指导临床对泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤的处理。The fifth edition of the World Health Organization(WHO)classification of tumors of urinary and male genital organs was officially published in May 2022.This article briefly summarizes some important advances and changes in the fifth edition of WHO classification of tumors of urinary and male genital organs,and describes how to apply the classification dialectically and reasonably in the daily practice of pathologists,so as to accurately guide the clinical treatments of genitourinary tumors.
