摘　　要：嗜酸性肉芽肿性多血管炎(EGPA)是一种累及多个系统的罕见自身免疫性疾病。近年来, EGPA治疗及患者管理逐渐规范, 特别是针对EGPA的生物制剂疗效有了突飞猛进的进展。本文将近期EGPA生物制剂研究进行总结归纳, 结合最新指南, 对EGPA治疗中的适应证、注意事项及不良反应进行综述, 旨在帮助临床医师为EGPA患者提供更规范的治疗。Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis(EGPA)is a rare autoimmune disease that affects multiple systems.In recent years,the treatment of patients with EGPA has become more systematic and standardized.Biological agents,in particular,have demonstrated significant advantages in efficacy.In this review,we summarized the indications and side effects of biological agents in the treatment of EGPA,and reviewed the most recent EGPA treatment guidelines,in order to help clinicians provide more standardized management for EGPA patients.
