摘　　要：医学经验对临床疗效,尤其是中医临床至关重要。为了进一步提高临床疗效,最大限度发挥医学经验的作用,笔者系统分析医学经验的特点,阐述了医学经验的客观性、反省的超验性及自然属性,说明传承是医学经验获取的有效途径。通过师徒传授、个人反省,经验的超验性体现,从而重视经验逻辑性,并与科学实践结合来解决临床问题,实现经验从共性到个性的再次跨越。Medical experience is very important for clinical efficacy,especially for TCM.In order to further improve clinical efficacy and maximize the role of medical experience,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of medical experience,expounds the objectivity,transcendental introspection and natural nature of medical experience,and shows that inheritance is an effective way to acquire medical experience.Through the teaching of teachers and apprentics,personal reflection and transcendental embodiment of experience,we attach importance to the logic of experience and combine it with scientific practice to solve clinical problems,so as to realize the leap of experience from generality to individuality again.
