摘　　要：五形人体质学说上可追溯至《黄帝内经》,笔者基于《黄帝内经》对木形人的体质、心理特征进行剖析,结合脉象总结了临床木形人的辨识;且因不同个性特点的人在身处相同境遇时往往有不同的表现,以此分析出木形人在临床中常易形成思虑过度及郁闷不舒两种心理紊乱状态,并进一步阐明了由木形人的个性特征形成两种常见心理紊乱状态的过程及临床表现;最后根据木形人体质、个性特点,提出相对应的调护治疗原则,思虑过度状态当散气调神,郁闷不舒状态当升散透达,并列举两则案例,以帮助临床辨别木形人心理紊乱状态,指导用药,提高疗效。The constitution theory of five forms people can be traced back to Huangdi Neijing.Based on the description of physical and psychological characteristics of wooden form people in Huangdi Neijing,this paper summarizes the identification of clinical wooden form people in combination with pulse conditions;And people with different personality characteristics often have different performances when they are in the same situation.Based on this,this paper analyzes that wooden form people are often prone to two kinds of psychological disorders:over thinking and depression in clinical practice,and further expounds the process and clinical manifestations of two common psychological disorders formed by wooden form people’s personality characteristics;Finally,according to the physique and personality characteristics of the wooden form people,the corresponding nursing and treatment principles are put forward.In the excessive state of thinking,the qi should be released to regulate the mind,and in the depressed state,the qi should be released to the full.Two cases are listed to help the clinical identify the psychological disorder of the wooden form people,guide the medication,and improve the therapeutic effect.
