摘　　要：红景天苷是从红景天根茎中分离出的苯乙醇类化合物,是中药红景天的主要活性成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、改善循环、免疫调节等药理作用。近年来大量研究发现,红景天苷可有效抑制肺纤维化、肝纤维化、肾纤维化、眼小梁网纤维化等多种器官或组织纤维化病变。其抗纤维化机制主要针对组织炎症、间质细胞活化、细胞外基质合成等纤维化形成的重要环节。笔者对纤维化疾病中红景天苷的实验研究进行综述,以期阐明其抗纤维化的现代药理学机制,为纤维化疾病的治疗及药物研发提供参考。Salidroside is phenylethanol compound isolated from roots and stems of Hongjingtian.It is the main active ingredient of the Chinese medicine Hongjingtian.It has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antitumor,circulation improvement and immunomodulation.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that salidroside can effectively inhibit pulmonary fibrosis,liver fibrosis,renal fibrosis,ocular trabecular meshwork fibrosis and other fibrotic lesions in various organs or tissues.Its anti-fibrotic mechanism mainly targets the important aspects of fibrosis such as tissue inflammation,mesenchymal cell activation,and extracellular matrix synthesis.The authors reviews the experimental studies of salidroside in fibrotic diseases in order to elucidate its modern pharmacological mechanism of anti-fibrosis,and to provide reference for the treatment and drug development of fibrotic diseases.
