摘 要:目的:考察菊苣药材不同药用部位微量元素的含量特征,并对重金属及有害元素进行风险评估,以期为菊苣药材质量控制提供数据支撑。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法结合化学计量学的分析策略,对收集的不同药用部位(根、茎、叶)的42批次菊苣药材中26种元素的含量特征进行表征,并采用元素指纹谱和主成分分析法进行分析;依据危害指数法(HI)和暴露限值法(MOE),对测定结果中5种重金属及有害元素进行健康风险评估。结果:菊苣药材中26种元素含量存在差异,根、茎、叶部位部分元素含量特征较为明显;风险评估结果表明,5种重金属及有害元素整体潜在的风险较低。结论:菊苣药材中的微量元素差异性可作为药用部位分析的依据,其质量可控性及安全性为菊苣临床安全用药奠定基础。Objective:To investigate the content characteristics of trace elements in different medicinal parts of chicory and evaluate the risk of heavy metals and harmful elements,in order to provide data support for the quality control of chicory.Methods:Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and stoichiometry analysis strategy,the content characteristics of 26 elements in 42 batches of chicory from different medicinal parts(roots,stems and leaves)were characterized,and elemental fingerprint spectrum and principal component analysis were used for analysis.According to the hazard index method(HI)and exposure limit method(MOE),the health risk assessment of five kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements in the determination results was conducted.Results:There were differences in the contents of 26 elements,and the contents of some elements in root,stem and leaf parts were more obvious.Results of risk assessment showed that the overall potential risk of the five heavy metals and harmful elements was low.Conclusion:The differences of trace elements in chicory can be used as the basis for the analysis of medicinal parts,and their quality controllability and safety lay the foundation for the safe use of chicory in clinic.
