浅析伤寒与河图洛书的关系

摘　　要：河图洛书中的哲学思想无不蕴含着中医的理论,张仲景最初将这种哲学思想应用于中医临床的辨证论治中,并且贯穿于《伤寒论》的始终。目前部分医家对河图洛书之理避而不言,甚者认为是谵妄之言。故文章从河图洛书的角度探究《伤寒论》的中医学术思想。主要从河图洛书与《伤寒论》的源流、术数方面、左升右降的气机思想、重阳气的思想、顾护脾胃的思想5个部分进行简述。其目的是简述河图洛书在《伤寒论》中的应用,以便为今后治疗疾病开阔临床思路。The philosophical thoughts in Hetu Luoshu all contain the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.ZHANG Zhong-jing initially applied this philosophical thought to the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation and ran through the whole process of Shanghan Lun.At present,some doctors avoid the theory of Hetu Luoshu,and even think it is delirium.Therefore,this paper explores the academic thought of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghan Lun from the perspective of Hetu Luoshu.Mainly from the origin and the number of techniques of Hetu Luoshu and Shanghan Lun,the idea of qi mechanism of left ascending and right descending,the idea of attaching importance to yang qi and the idea of protecting the spleen and stomach.The purpose of this paper is to briefly describe the application of Hetu Luoshu in Shanghan Lun to broaden clinical ideas for the treatment of diseases in the future.
