摘　　要：在分析当前社区居家养老服务现状及存在问题的基础上,提出整合Kano模型与IPA(importance-performance analysis)分析的社区居家养老服务需求探测模型.针对Kano模型分类准则相对主观的缺陷,构建基于调节回归分析的Kano模型服务需求要素客观化分类方法.通过整合IPA分析与Kano模型,确定社区居家养老服务需求要素的优先顺序.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of community home-based care service,a detection model for community home-based elderly care service requirements integrating the Kano model and IPA analysis is proposed.Aiming at the relatively subjective defects of Kano model classification criteria,an objective classification method of service requirement elements based on moderated regression analysis is constructed.By integrating IPA analysis and the Kano model,the priority order of community home-based elderly care service elements is determined.
