摘 要:家庭教育心理建设是指在家庭教育过程中家庭成员共筑积极心理状态的过程。家庭教育心理建设的主要途径有:达成共识,明确家庭教育的目标;树立科学育儿观,促进家庭成员的共同成长;化解家庭教育危机,疏导不良情绪;增进理解,促进家庭成员之间的共情。多种途径同时发力,才能保证家庭成员共筑积极的心理状态。The psychological construction of family education refers to the process of building a positive psychological state among family members in the process of family education.The main ways of psychological construction in family education include:reaching consensus and clarifying the goals of family education;establishing a scientific parenting concept and promoting the joint growth of family members;resolving crisis in family education and channeling bad emotions;and promoting understanding and empathy among family members.The simultaneous efforts of multiple approaches can ensure that family members build a positive psychological state together.
