摘  要:校企合作对工科专业人才培养至关重要,针对校企合作培养模式存在的问题,以PDCA循环理论为基础,设计了校企合作培养模式下的学生企业实践新模式。为评价PDCA企业实践模式对人才培养的质量,采用BA对SVM模型的参数组合进行优化,得到了用于人才培养质量评价的BA-SVM模型,并将其应用于武汉市某高校工科专业学生培养质量评价中。评价结果表明,BA-SVM模型相对于SVM模型对人才培养质量评价的准确率高,PDCA实践教学相对于传统实践教学对工科人才培养的质量大大提升。研究对提升工科专业人才培养质量及人才培养质量评价具有一定的参考价值。School enterprise cooperation is crucial to the cultivation of chemical talents.Aiming at the problems ex⁃isting in the school enterprise cooperation training mode,a new mode of student enterprise practice under the school enterprise cooperation training mode is designed based on PDCA cycle theory.In order to evaluate the quali⁃ty of PDCA enterprise practice mode on talent training,BA was used to optimize the parameter combination of SVM model,and the BA-SVM model for talent training quality evaluation was obtained,which was applied to the train⁃ing quality evaluation of chemical engineering students in a university inChangsha,Hunan province.The evalua⁃tion results showed that BA-SVM model had a high accuracy rate in evaluating the quality of personnel training compared with SVM model,and PDCA practical teachinghad greatly improved the quality of chemical personnel training compared with traditional practical teaching.The research of this paper has a certain reference value for im⁃proving the training quality of chemical professionals and evaluating the quality of talent training.
