“双减”背景下校园足球课后服务的现实境遇与探索

摘　　要：足球是三大球类项目之一,因其整体参战意识、对抗性较强、攻守转换迅速、技术上多姿多彩、战术上变幻莫测等特点,是便于普及和深受广大青少年喜爱的一项运动。在我国由于受应试教育的影响,学生参与足球学习和训练的时间比较短缺,进而导致我国足球优秀人才和后备力量不足,也直接影响了我国足球在国际比赛中的成绩和实力。“双减”和“体教融合”政策的出台为校园足球带来了新的机遇,校园足球作为体教融合的先导,肩负着较大的历史使命和责任。本文采用文献资料法、调查法以及逻辑分析等方法对校园足球课后体育服务过程中遇到的阻力、困境以及“双减”政策带来的机遇等问题进行调查和分析,发现“双减”政策减轻了学生学习压力,增加了学生课外活动时间,促进课外体育活动或班级体育活动增加;提高了学生参与体育活动意识、兴趣;提高了学校、家长对体育重视程度;针对存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议,旨在提高校园足球的发展和课后服务效率,促进体教融合深度发展。Football,one of the three ball events,is easy to popularize among young people.Due to the influence of exam-oriented education in our country,the time the students take part in football training is short,causing the lack of outstanding talents and reserve strength in football.“Double Reduction”policy and“integration of sports and education”has brought new opportunities for campus football.In integrating sports and education,campus football has shouldered a tremendous historical responsibility.This paper uses the methods of literature,investigation,and logical analysis to investigate and analyze the problems,such as the resistance and dilemma encountered in the process of campus football after-school sports service and the opportunities brought by the“Double Reduction”policy.It is found that the“Double Reduction”policy reduces the learning pressure of students,increases the time of students’extracurricular activities,and promotes the increase of extracurricular sports or class sports activities.Schools should enhance students’participation in sports and improve the school and parents’attention to sports.
