摘 要:为了研究DCLR改性乳化沥青的性质,先将DCLR作为改性剂对90#基质沥青进行改性,然后使用高速剪切机对DCLR改性沥青进行乳化,对其制备工艺进行研究,制得了不同比例(4%、8%、12%、16%、20%和24%)的DCLR改性乳化沥青,并进行常规性能试验、低温弯曲蠕变试验、储存稳定性试验和黏度试验。试验结果表明,随着DCLR掺量的增加,蒸发残留物的针入度逐渐减小,软化点逐渐增大,表明DCLR的加入使其高温性能得到明显改善;随着DCLR掺量的增加,蒸发残留物的蠕变劲度S和蠕变速率m值变化不大,表明DCLR的加入对低温性能影响不大;随着DCLR掺量的增加,新鲜沥青乳液的储存稳定性降低、黏度变大,表明DCLR的加入使其工作性能受到一定影响。In order to study the properties of DCLR modified emulsified asphalt,DCLR was used as a modifier to modify No.90 matrix asphalt,and then high-speed shearing machine was used to emulsify DCLR modified asphalt.The preparation process was studied.DCLR modified emulsified asphalt was obtained in differentproportions(4%,8%,12%,16%,20%,and 24%),and was subjected to conventional performance tests,low temperature bending creep tests,storage stability tests,and viscosity tests.The test results show that with the increase of the amount of DCLR,the penetration of the evaporation residue gradually decreases and the softening point gradually increases,indicating that the addition of DCLR makes its high temperature performance significantly improved;with the increase of the amount of DCLR,the evaporation The creep stiffness S and creep rate m of the residues do not change much,indicating that the addition of DCLR has little effect on the low temperature performance;with the increase of the DCLR content,the storage stability of fresh asphalt emulsion decreases and the viscosity increases.It shows that the addition of DCLR has affected its workability to some extent.
