细化儿童血液科护工管理在提升感染预防管理质量中的效果

摘　　要：目的细化儿童血液科护工管理提升感染预防管理质量中的效果。方法选取2020年1—12月滨州医学院附属医院儿科实施常规管理时从事儿童血液卫生工作的30名护工作为对照组,同时选取2021年1—12月儿科实施儿童血液科护工细化管理的30名护工作为观察组。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组医院感染知识掌握情况各指标分别为(19.13±0.58)分、(19.25±0.24)分、(18.32±1.15)分、(19.16±0.54)分,均优于对照组的(18.04±0.31)分、(18.76±0.33)分、(16.09±1.17)分、(18.49±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我防护行为合格情况各指标合格率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细化儿童血液科护工管理的方法有利于强化护工管理。Objective To refine the effect of nurse practitioner management in children's hematology department in improving the quality of infection prevention management.Methods Selected 30 nursing workers engaged in children's blood hygiene during routine management in the Pediatric Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January to December 2020 as the control group,while 30 nursing staff of the Department of Pediatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College,who were engaged in the implementation of refined management of nursing staff in children's blood from January to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.Comparison of management effects between two groups.Results The nursing staff in the observation group had better knowledge of hospital infection giving indexes of(19.13±0.58)points,(19.25±0.24)points,(18.32±1.15)points,(19.16±0.54)points than the control group(18.04±0.31)points,(18.76±0.33)points,(16.09±1.17)points,(18.49±0.42)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the passing rate of each index of self-protective behavior in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of refining the management of nursing staff in the pediatric hematology department is conducive to strengthening the management of nursing staff.
