安全目标管理模式对肿瘤科护理质量与安全事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的在肿瘤科病房护理工作中采取安全目标管理模式,分析其对安全事件发生率所产生的影响。方法选取2022年1—6月山东健康集团淄博医院肿瘤科在职护士30名,采取安全目标管理模式;分别在实施前(传统管理模式)及实施6个月后,评定护理工作质量,记录并对比实施前后不安全事件发生情况。结果实施后,护士在护理操作技能、病室管理、患者“安全目标”考核、护理文书的评分均较实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后,患者不安全事件发生率(2.22%)较实施前(10.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤科护理管理工作中实施安全目标管理模式,能提高护理工作质量,减少不安全事件的发生。Objective To adopt the safety objective management model in the nursing work of oncology ward and analyze its influence on the incidence of safety incidents.Methods A total of 30 in-service nurses were selected based on the specific location from Department of Oncology of Shandong Health Group Zibo Hospital from January to June 2022.The safety objective management mode was adopted,the quality of nursing work was assessed before implementation(traditional management mode)and 6 months after implementation,and the occurrence of unsafe incidents was recorded and compared before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the scores of nurses in nursing operation skills,ward management,patient"safety goal"assessment,nursing documents were higher than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of unsafe events of patients after implementation(2.22%)was lower than that before implementation(10.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the safety objective management mode in the nursing management of oncology department can improve the quality of nursing work and reduce the occurrence of unsafe incidents.
