摘 要:目的研究儿童康复科护理管理中,实施人性化护理管理方案的应用价值、具体方法。方法选取2021年6月—2022年5月湖南省妇幼保健院儿童康复科40名护理管理人员通过随机数表法分为两组,研究组(n=20)实施人性化护理管理干预,对照组(n=20)实施常规护理管理,比较两组的管理效果。结果对照组操作技能、理论知识评分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组管理质量中辞职人数及被投诉次数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组收到感谢信次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组工作效能感低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组职业心理素质低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理管理可以帮助管理人员提升工作效能感、职业心理素质,可以帮助儿童康复科患者获取更好的服务。Objective To study the application value and specific methods of implementing humanized nursing management program in the nursing management of children's rehabilitation department.Methods Selected 40 nursing managers from the Department of Child Rehabilitation of Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to May 2022,and divide them into two groups by random number table method,the study group(n=20)implemented humanistic nursing management intervention,and the control group(n=20)implemented routine nursing management,and compared the management effects of the two groups.Results The scores of operational skills and theoretical knowledge in the control group were lower than those in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of the number of resignations and the number of complaints in the management quality of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the study group received more thank-you letters than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sense of work efficacy in the control group was lower than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the analysis of professional psychological quality in the control group was lower than that in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing management can help managers improve their sense of work efficacy and professional psychological quality.It can help patients in the pediatric rehabilitation department to obtain better services.
