基于中药五味理论探讨软坚散结药的含义与分类

摘　　要：从中药五味理论角度出发,探究“软坚散结”的内在含义及发展演变脉络,发现古文献、现代中药教材、现代临床研究中“软坚散结药”的药味存在差异,提出“软坚散结药”应包括味咸的软坚药和味辛、苦的散结药。对软坚药与散结药进一步划分,提出软坚药味多咸,无须进一步分类,符合“软坚散结”治疗大法;散结药味多辛、苦,更针对疾病病机,可划分为清热散结药、化痰散结药、化瘀散结药、理气散结药、消食散结药、扶正散结药6类,临床上应辨证选药处方。From angle of Five flavour in Chinese medicines,this paper explores the internal meaning and evolution of Ruanjian Sanjie.It is found that there are differences in the flavour of Ruanjian Sanjie in ancient literature,modern Chinese medicine textbooks and modern clinical research.So we propose that Ruanjian Sanjie includes salty Ruanjian drugs and pungent and bitter Sanjie drugs.And the‘Ruanjian’and‘Sanjie’drugs were further divided,we propose that Ruanjian drugs do not need further classification,which are in line with the treatment of Ruanjian Sanjie.Sanjie drugs are more targeted at the pathogenesis of the disease.They can be divided into six categories:Qingre Sanjie drugs,Huatan Sanjie drugs,Huayu Sanjie drugs,Liqi Sanjie drugs,Xiaoshi Sanjie drugs,Fuzheng Sanjie drugs.Clinically,prescription should be selected based on syndrome differentiation.
