摘 要:精细化管理理念应用到职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛的组织和管理中,有助于提高教学能力比赛的质量。职业院校在精细化管理理念指导下,抓好“选择教学主题、组建参赛团队、组织教学设计、提炼教学特色、准备参赛资料、专家精准指导、打磨比赛环节”等七个环节;在关键问题上,时间规划要精准,材料格式要合规,内容构思要合理,现场展示要共情,统筹实施组织工作,学校在基本保障方面应给予足够的支持,全面提高比赛成绩和效果。The delicacy management concept is applied to the organization and management of the teaching ability competition of the vocational college skills competition,which is conducive to improving the quality of the teaching ability competition.Under the guidance of delicacy management philosophy,vocational colleges should attach great importance to seven procedures in competition preparation,namely,selecting proper topics,organizing competition teams and teaching designs,extracting teaching characteristics,preparing for competition materials,expert guidance and polishing the competition steps.On the key issues,the time planning should be accurate,the material formats should be compliant,the content ideas should be reasonable,the on-site display should be empathetic,and the overall implementation of organizational work should be coordinated.In addition,the colleges are supposed to offer enough supports to improve the performances and effects of teaching competition.
