摘　　要：猪肚菇‘申蕈1号’由2014年采集于福建省漳州市南靖县的野生菌株经人工驯化而来,其发菌速度快,菌丝洁白健壮,易形成原基,出菇期间耐高温,子实体等级为中小型,菌盖浅棕色,产量较高,商品性状好,适合于设施化规模栽培。Panus giganteus‘Shenxun 1’was artificially domesticated by wild germplasm which was gathered from Nanjing County,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province in 2014.The cultivar is characterized by fast growth rate,white and strong of the mycelium,easy to form primordium and high temperature resistance.The fruiting-body is moderate and small size,the cap color is light brown,the yield is high and the quality is good.The cultivar is suitable for facility scale cultivation.
