摘  要:仰拱是隧道中用以改善上部支护结构受力条件的反向拱形部件,其施工质量关系着隧道施工及运营阶段的安全。目前大多数隧道采用简易栈桥的方法进行仰拱施工,由于传统栈桥采用的是固定结构,存在适应性和灵活性差、施工质量难以控制、掌子面开挖和衬砌施工工序相互干扰的问题。为实现钻爆法施工隧道安全、快速、高质量修建,开展全工序大型机械配套条件下施工技术的探索和创新,采用电磁比例多路阀液压控制系统,并经过主桥结构受力分析,自主研发设计一种全液压自行式仰拱栈桥。通过在甘肃陇漳高速公路等隧道的实际应用,证明了该装备的优越性。研究内容可为隧道整个工序循环的流水化、快速作业提供稳定可靠的运输保证,有助于隧道施工机械化、标准化的推荐。Invert is a reverse arch component used to improve the stress condition of the upper support structure in the tunnel.Its construction quality is related to the safety of the tunnel construction and operation stage.At present,most tunnels use the simple trestle for the invert construction,and due to the fixed structure of the traditional trestle,there are problems such as poor adaptability and flexibility,difficult control of construction quality and mutual interference between the tunnel face excavation and the lining construction.To realize the safe,fast and high-quality construction of the tunnel by drilling-blasting method,the exploration and innovation of construction technology under the condition of overall processes and large machinery are carried out,the hydraulic control system of electromagnetic proportional multiway valve is adopted,and after the stress analysis of the main trestle structure,a fully hydraulic self-propelled invert trestle is developed and designed.Through the practical application in tunnels of LongxiZhang County Expressway in Gansu,the superiority of the equipment is proved.The research contents can provide stable and reliable transportation guarantee for the streamline and fast operation of the whole process cycle of the tunnel and help to recommend the mechanization and standardization of tunnel construction.
