摘 要:盾构刀盘力学参数预测可提高刀盘计算校核精度,也可为盾构施工参数调节提供技术支持。结合中铁工程服务有限公司开发的盾构云平台,应用深圳地铁14号线某区间左线掘进数据,基于理论分析提炼影响盾构工程中推力及转矩的工程参数,并通过灰色关联度分析方法计算相关参数与推力、转矩之间的关联度。采用BP神经网络,建立以地层参数、刀盘参数和掘进参数为输入,盾构推力和刀盘转矩为输出的预测模型,并利用盾构云数据完成模型的训练及优化。基于刀盘力学分析流程,结合载荷预测模型和刀盘设计参数化建模系统,建立盾构刀盘参数预测和力学分析功能集成平台,以实现刀盘设计仿真分析的自动化。The prediction of mechanical parameters of shield cutter head can improve the calculation and calibration accuracy of cutter head and also provide technical support for the adjustment of shield construction parameters.Combined with the shield cloud platform developed by China Railway Engineering Service Co.,Ltd.,the left line boring data of a section of Shenzhen Metro Line 14 is applied to extract engineering parameters affecting thrust and torque in shield construction based on theoretical analysis,and the relation between relevant parameters and the thrust and torque is calculated by grey relation analysis method.BP neural network is used to establish a prediction model with stratum parameters,cutter head parameters and boring parameters as input and shield thrust and cutter head torque as output,and the training and optimization of the model are completed by using shield cloud data.Based on the mechanical analysis process of cutter head,combined with the load prediction model and the parametric modeling system of cutter head design,an integrated platform with functions of shield cutter head parameter prediction and mechanical analysis is established to realize the automation of simulation analysis of cutter head design.
