摘　　要：目的:评价引导式教育对我国脑瘫(CP)患儿粗大运动功能的康复效果。方法:严格按照纳入和排除标准,搜索CNKI、维普及万方数据库截至2022年4月27日有关引导式教育对CP患儿粗大运动功能疗效研究的资料,检索词为“脑瘫”“引导式教育”“康复”。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并进行质量评价,对纳入的文献进行meta分析。采用亚组和meta回归分析探寻研究的异质性来源。采用敏感性分析(逐一剔除法)探索结果的稳健性。结果:纳入的39个随机对照研究共包含3651例CP患儿,干预时间1个月至1 a。Meta分析结果显示,与传统康复护理相比,在此基础上引入引导式教育能够有效提高CP患儿的粗大运动功能评分(SMD为1.46,95%CI为1.14~1.77)。结论:对CP患儿实施引导式教育结合传统康复治疗手段,有助于提高其粗大运动功能,促进患儿康复。Aim:To evaluate the effects of conductive education(CE)on the rehabilitation of gross motor function(GMF)in children with cerebral palsy(CP)in China using meta-analysis.Methods:Databases were searched from the build-up to 27 April 2022,including CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang,to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT)observing the efficacy of CE on gross motor function in children with CP.Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted information,and evaluated quality.Meta-analysis of the included literature was performed.Subgroup and meta-regression were used to find sources of heterogeneity in the studies,and sensitivity analyses were conducted to explore the robustness of the results by excluding one literature at a time.Results:A total of 39 RCTs containing 3651 children with CP were included and the duration of intervention ranged from 1 month to 1 year.Meta-analysis showed that the introduction of CE was effective in improving gross motor function in children with CP compared with traditional rehabilitation therapy(SMD was 1.46,95%CI was 1.14-1.77).Conclusion:CE combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy for children with CP can improve their gross motor function and facilitate their rehabilitation.
