摘 要:文章运用Meta分析的方法综合定量评价高强度间歇训练(HIIT)与中等强度持续训练(MICT)对抑郁症影响的效果,通过检索中国知网、PubMed、Scopus和WebofScience等数据库,依据纳入标准和排除标准进行文献筛选,运用Revman5.3和Stata17软件对所纳入文献的结果指标进行分析,得出HIIT和MICT均能对抑郁症产生积极影响.长期来看,MICT对抑郁症的干预效果总体略优于HIIT,但是干预时间在4-6周的高强度间歇训练对于年龄在31-50岁的重度抑郁症患者的治疗效果最佳,中等强度持续训练对于31~50岁的轻度抑郁症患者的治疗效果最佳.The article used Meta-analysis to comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the effects of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)and moderate-intensity continuous training(MICT)on depression.The literature was screened based on inclusion and exclusion criteria by searching databases such as China Knowledge Net-work,PubMed,Scopus and Web of Science,and Revman 5.3 and Stata17 software was used to analyze the out-come indicators of the included literature.It was concluded that both HIIT and MICT could have a positive effect on depression.In the long term,MICT had a slightly better overall effect than HIIT,but high-intensity interval training with intervention duration of 4-6 weeks had the best effect on patients aged 31-50 years with major depression,and moderate-intensity continuous training had the best effect on patients aged 31-50 years with mild depression.
