摘 要:采样返回任务是目前地外天体探测中重点发展的航天技术领域,针对样品容器密封失效导致样品被污染的问题,文章总结了20世纪以来国内外地外天体样品封装技术的研究进展和成果。重点从密封和封装机构两项封装核心技术对地外天体样品封装进行了综述,并对目前应用较为广泛的橡胶圈密封、金属挤压密封、爆炸焊接和钎焊焊接等密封技术进行了对比分析,最后对我国地外天体样品封装技术的发展趋势进行了展望。At present,the sampling return mission has been regarded as the key space technology field in the exploration of extraterrestrial objects.In view of the problem of sample contamination caused by the failure of sample container sealing,this paper summarizes the research progress and achievements of celestial object sample encapsulation technology at home and abroad since the 20th century.The sample encapsulation technology of extraterrestrial objects has been reviewed from the aspects of sealing technology and encapsulation mechanism.The sealing technologies of rubber ring sealing,metal extrusion sealing,explosion welding and brazing welding have been compared and analyzed in this paper.Finally,the main development trend has been prospected for the samples encapsulation technology of extraterrestrial objects in China.
