摘  要:多孔蜂窝具有良好的吸能隔振特性,但是传统蜂窝基座主要研究其均匀参数的增加或减少对隔振性能的影响,且易出现应力集中、面内刚度低承载能力差的缺陷。为此提出了一种圆筒状蜂窝基座,分析了筒状蜂窝基座抗变形能力,通过优化软件内置序列二次规划算法,在满足一定的隔振性能前提下,优化出合理的基座设计参数。基于优化得到的基座参数进行了分层梯度设计,分别以胞元壁厚、内凹角度为自变量,设计了顺厚度梯度、逆厚度梯度、顺角度梯度、逆角度梯度的蜂窝层,在确保基座质量体积不变的前提下,讨论了分层梯度设计对基座隔振性能的影响。结果表明,圆筒状蜂窝基座较之于规则方形基座其比刚度更高,承载能力更强,厚度梯度的设计较之均匀参数设计隔振性能有所提升,逆厚度梯度设计隔振效果最佳,角度梯度设计对隔振性能影响不明显。Porous honeycomb has good energy absorption and vibration isolation characteristics, but for traditional honeycomb base, effects of increase or decrease in its uniform parameters on its vibration isolation performance are mainly studied, and it is easy to have defects of stress concentration, low in-plane stiffness and poor load-bearing capacity. Here, a cylindrical honeycomb base was proposed, its anti-deformation ability was analyzed. Through the optimization software built-in sequential quadratic programming algorithm, reasonable base design parameters were optimized under the premise of satisfying certain vibration isolation performance. Layered gradient design was performed based on the optimized base parameters. Taking cell wall thickness and concave angle as independent variables, respectively, honeycomb layers with thickness gradient, reverse thickness gradient, forward angle gradient and reverse angle gradient were designed, respectively. Under the premise of ensuring base mass and volume keeping unchanged, effects of layered gradient design on cylindrical honeycomb base’s vibration isolation performance were discussed. The results showed that compared with regular square base, cylindrical honeycomb base has higher specific stiffness and stronger load-bearing capacity;the thickness gradient design can improve vibration isolation performance of cylindrical honeycomb base compared with the uniform parametric design, the inverse thickness gradient design has the best vibration isolation effect, and the angle gradient design has no obvious effect on vibration isolation performance.
