摘 要:服装行业属于劳动密集型产业,企业大多规模小、经济效益低。中小型服装企业需要最大程度地发挥财务管理的作用和职能,才能有效提升企业经济效益。而一些中小型服装企业由于运营发展的上升空间小,加之财务方面存在的问题,从而约束了企业的长足发展。文章主要分析了中小服装企业存在的财务管理问题,并根据实际状况提出优化措施,为健全中小服装企业管理机制提供参考。Garment industry is a labor intensive industry,with most enterprises being small in scale and low in economic benefits.Small and medium-sized garment enterprises need to maximize the role and function of financial management in order to effectively improve their economic benefits.However,some small and medium-sized garment enterprises,due to the little room for growth in operations and development,,coupled with financial problems,have restricted their long-term development.This paper mainly analyzes the financial management problems of small and medium-sized garment enterprises,and puts forward optimization measures according to the actual situation,so as to provide reference for improving the management mechanism of small and medium-sized garment enterprises.
