摘 要:随着新能源大量接入,配电网的量测设备逐渐增多且数据来源不一,导致配电网状态估计的不确定性变高。文章针对配电网实时量测冗余度低且可能存在不良数据的特点,建立基于抗差权因子函数的IGGIII估计模型,并采用归一化残差和自适应抗差阈值,在估计过程中辨识与剔除不良数据,为配电网数据库提供更加精确、可信的数据。同时,针对传统量测数据精度较低、刷新频率不高的情况,结合同步相量测量数据采用混合状态估计方法,根据量测数据的采样时刻,混合状态估计方法在抗差状态估计与线性状态估计之间来回切换,有效保证同步相量量测数据的实时性能,并对状态估计结果进行及时修正与刷新,以达到实时追踪系统状态变化的目的。With much access of clean energy,the number of measuring equipment in distribution network is increasing and the sources of measuring data are different,leading to more uncertainty factors to be considered in distribution network state estimation.In view of the low redundancy of real-time measurement of distribution network and the possible existence of bad data,this paper establishes IGGIII estimation model based on robust weight factor function,and uses normalized residual and adaptive robust threshold to identify and eliminate bad data in the estimation process,so as to provide more accurate and reliable data for distribution network database.At the same time,considering the low precision and low refresh rate of traditional measurement data,the hybrid state estimation method is used in combination with synchronous phasor measurement data.According to the sampling time of the measurement data,the hybrid state estimation method switches back and forth between robust state estimation and linear state estimation,effectively ensuring the real-time performance of synchronized phasor measurement data,and timely correcting and refreshing the state estimation results to achieve the goal of real-time tracking system state changes.
