腹腔镜卵巢移位术联合亮丙瑞林 调强放疗在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌患者的治疗方法。方法将68例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为两组,各34例。对照组采用放疗同步化疗,LOT组在同步放化疗基础上于放疗前行LOT术,并在放疗期间注射亮丙瑞林。比较两组患者的血清FSH、LH、E2水平、Kupperman评分、并发症的发生率及近期临床疗效。结果LOT组治疗后FSH、LH、E2水平波动幅度小于对照组(t=22.84~31.04,P<0.01),Kupperman评分<5的比例高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.66,P=0.031);两组不良反应发生率及近期疗效比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论LOT术联合亮丙瑞林可保护中晚期宫颈癌行调强放疗患者的卵巢功能。Objective To explore the treatment of patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer.Methods 68 patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while the LOT group was treated with LOT before radiotherapy on the basis of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and leuprorelin was injected during radiotherapy.The levels of serum FSH,LH,E2,the Kupperman scores,the occurrence of complications and the short-term clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fluctuation ranges of the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the LOT group were smaller than those in the control group(t=22.84-31.04,P<0.01),the case proportion of Kupperman Score being less than 5 was higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.66,P=0.031),and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and the short-term efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion LOT combined with leuprorelin can protect the ovarian function of patients with medium-term and advanced cervical cancer undergoing intensity-modulated radiotherapy.
