摘 要:以两个制造商与单一分销商组成的竞争闭环供应链为研究对象,研究了制造商竞争情况下闭环供应链的RFID技术采纳决策问题。基于市场对不同制造商的产品存在偏好差异,考虑RFID技术能够提高废旧产品回收率,分别构造了两制造商都不采纳RFID技术、仅一个制造商采纳RFID技术和两制造商都采纳RFID技术三种情形下的闭环供应链竞争博弈模型,并通过数值算例对比分析了制造商的不同RFID技术采纳决策。研究结果表明:采纳RFID技术对闭环供应链是有益的,并且一个制造商采纳RFID技术会带来利润的增长,另一制造商利益会受损;竞争强度对分销商有利,不利于制造商;市场偏好不同时,竞争强度对RFID标签阈值影响呈不同趋势;市场偏好其中一个制造商时,另一制造商可通过采纳RFID技术实现对竞争者的超越。Taking the competitive closed-loop supply chain composed of two manufacturers and one single distributor as the research object,the adoption decision-making problem of RFID technology in the closed-loop supply chain under the competition of manufacturers was studied.Based on the differences in market preferences for products of different manufacturers,considering that RFID technology can improve the recycling rate of used products,closed-loop supply chain competitive game models were constructed under three scenarios respectively:Neither two manufacturers adopted RFID technology,only one manufacturer adopted RFID technology,and both manufacturers adopted RFID technology.The equilibrium solutions of each model were obtained.The manufacturers' different RFID technology adoption decisions were compared and analyzed by numerical examples.The research results show that:The adoption of RFID technology was beneficial to whole closed-loop supply chain,and one manufacturer's adoption of RFID technology would bring profit growth,while another manufacturer's interests would be damaged;the competition intensity was beneficial to distributor and not conducive to manufacturers;when market preferences were different,the impact of competition intensity on the threshold of RFID tags presented different trends;when the market prefers one manufacturer,another manufacturer could surpass its competitor by adopting RFID technology.
