摘　　要：近年来,随着教育改革的深入推进,国内教育事业迎来了新的发展机遇,招生人数、办学规模均有显著提升,为我国社会主义建设提供了充足的人才保障。然而,在经济社会高速发展过程中,就业形势也在发生变化,特别是在产业结构的变迁趋势下,企业的用人需求也在不断调整,导致社会范围内的就业压力不断增大,影响了大学生的就业走向。随着对大学生就业问题关注度的不断提升,高校在人才培养过程中注重学生专业能力的培养和职业价值观念的养成,增强学生的就业竞争力,缓解大学生面临的就业问题。In recent years,with the deepening of education reform,the domestic education has ushered in a new opportunity for development,and the number of students and school scale have been significantly improved,providing adequate talent guarantee for socialist construction.However,in the process of rapid economic and social development,the employment situation is changing.Especially under the changing trend of industrial structure,the employment demand of enterprises is also constantly adjusting,resulting in increasing employment pressure within the social scope,affecting the employment trend of college students.With the increasing attention to the employment of college students,colleges and universities should pay attention to the training of students'professional ability and vocational values in the process of talent training,so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of students and alleviate the employment problems faced by college students.
