医学产学合作协同育人网络特征及关系影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的旨在阶段化分析医学产学合作协同育人规模及结构演变,从统计学角度探究协同育人关系形成的影响因素;方法通过社会网络分析方法,从校企两个主体角度构建网络,从网络拓扑结构特征、节点重要性分析网络结构演化结果,利用动态指数随机图模型验证协同育人关系同网络结构、节点属性效应及时间效应间的内在联系;结果到2021年,医学产学合作协同育人的平均合作规模增长,平均路径长度、网络直径减小,结构多呈“一对二”“一对三”的协同育人关系,跨区域产学合作占比达到75%左右,且存在显著的区域协同效应及时间依赖性,传递闭合的结构效应则不显著;结论在新医科建设引领下,医学产学合作协同育人呈现出规模总体增长、知识共享效率增大的基本特征,医学产学合作协同育人结构相对简单稳定,区域创新投入强度是协同育人关系建立的重要影响因素,且存在头部效应以及向西部倾斜的区域辐射倾向性。To analyze the evolution of the scale and structure of medical industry-university cooperative education,and to explore the influencing factors of the formation of cooperative education from a statistical point of view,the evolution results of the network structure are analyzed from the characteristics of the network topology and the importance of the nodes,TERGM was used to examine the relationship between collaborative parenting and network structure,node attribute effect,and time effect.As the results show,to 2021,the main body of medical industry-university cooperation and the average cooperation scale of regional network both increase,the average path length and the diameter of network both decrease,and the structure of cooperative education mostly presents the relationship of one to two and one to three,and there is significant node attribute effect and time dependence,the proportion of inter-regional industry-university cooperation is about 75%,medical industry-university cooperation shows the basic characteristics of overall scale increase,knowledge sharing efficiency increase,relatively simple and stable structural relationship,and there is a tendency of regional radiation to the west,R&D funding intensity is an important influencing factor.
