摘 要:目的系统评价以问题为导向的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)在我国军事医学教育教学中的开展应用效果。方法使用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普(VIP)数据库、中华医学数据库和中国生物医学(CBM)数据库,搜集关于PBL教学在我国军事医学教育中应用的随机对照研究,检索时限从建库至2022年9月。采用RevMan 5.3软件和Stata 16.0进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14个研究,均为中文文献。涉及1458名研究对象,其中PBL组和传统教学组分别为729名。Meta分析结果显示,在PBL教学模式下课程总成绩总体优于传统教学模式(MD=8.34,P<0.00001)。结论当前证据表明,PBL教学模式在我国军事医学教学中有助于提升学生的理论和实践成绩,提高教学效果,但在实际应用中仍需根据学生层次、专业、教育背景等实际情况进行合理的方案制定,结合多种教学手段,在条件允许的情况下适度开展,以期达到更佳的教学效果。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of military medical education in China.Methods Randomized controlled studies on the application of PBL in military medical education in China were collected using computer searches of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database,Chinese medical database,and China Biomedical(CBM)database from the time of database creation to September 2022.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 and Stata 16.0.Results A total of 14 studies were included,all of which were in Chinese literature.A total of 1458 study participants were involved,of which 729 were in the PBL and traditional teaching groups,respectively.Meta-analysis showed that the overall course performance was better in the PBL teaching mode than in the traditional teaching mode(MD=8.34,P<0.00001).Conclusion The current evidence shows that PBL teaching mode can help to improve students'theoretical and practical performance and improve the teaching effect in teaching military medicine in China,but the practical application still needs to make a reasonable program according to the actual situation of students'level,specialty,and educational background in order to have better teaching effect.
