摘 要:目的分析我国2017年—2021年基础医学教学概况,为教学改革提供参考方向。方法以中国知网数据库收集的相关文献为研究资料,利用CiteSpace软件对研究领域的现状、热点以及发展趋势进行可视化表达。结果2017年—2021年间,研究热点频次前13位分为两类,一是基础医学学科,包括“生物化学”“病理学”“生理学”以及“免疫学”,二是基础医学教学模式,包括“实验教学”“翻转课堂”“微课”等;研究主题以“应用”为主。研究内容可分为两个阶段,2017年—2019年是对“教学资源”“教学评价”“教学反馈”深度思考,2019年—2021年是对“互联网+”的教学模式的探讨。以上研究发文量均在2019年最高。结论近年来我国基础医学教学可以在“新医科”背景下,采用在线资源、医学人文素养融入课堂的方式开展研究。Objective This paper analyzed the teaching situation of basic medicine in China from 2017 to 2021 so as to provide the reference direction for teaching reform.Methods The current status,hotspots and development trends were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace software with CNKI as database.Results From 2017 to 2021,the top 13 research hotspots were divided into two categories,one was basic medical disciplines,including biochemistry pathology physiology and immunology,and the second was basic medical teaching mode,including experimental teaching flip classroom micro-lessons,etc.The research topic was mainly application.The research content could be divided into two stages:2017-2019 was the in-depth thinking on teaching resources teaching evaluation and teaching feedback,and 2019-2021 was the discussion on the teaching mode of internet+.The number of published research papers all peaked in 2019.Conclusion In recent years,the teaching of basic medicine in China can be carried out research under the background of new medical science by integrating online resources and medical humanism.
