摘  要:“健康中国”建设背景下,医学事业的发展离不开医学人才培养方面的支撑。教育部强调,医学教育改革必须提升“加速度”,在协同育人融合上下功夫,实现育人与科研同步。医学研究生作为祖国和时代需要及重点培养的人才储备中坚力量,更是应以“德”为主,德才兼备。潍坊医学院通过总结当前医学研究生家国情怀、职业素质、学术道德三方面现状并进行原因分析,分析目前存在的一些问题,并针对这些问题进行医学研究生德育提升路径探索并进行实践。从导师、课程教学、实验平台、学工四大思政团队入手,形成“协同育人、三全育人”德育培养新模式。实践结果显示,基于思政团队层面德育提升路径对医学研究生德育素质提升成效显著,此路径有助于促使医学研究生成长为具备精湛的医学技艺,兼具家国情怀与社会责任感,同时还能够在专业领域深耕求索,并且具备强大的心理承受能力的好医生。现以潍坊医学院医学检验学院和基础医学院为例,就如何进行医学研究生德育提升展开论述并进行效果评价。In the context of the construction of Healthy China,the development of medical career is inseparable from the support of medical personnel training.The Ministry of Education emphasized that medical education reform must improve the acceleration,work on the integration of collaborative education,and realize the synchronization of education and research.As the backbone of the talent reserve needed by the motherland and the times,medical postgraduates should focus on morality and have both virtue and ability.Moral education is a long-term,hard and complicated work,and it is an important means to promote the overall development of medical graduate students.For medical graduate students growing up in the context of the new era,moral education is not only the teaching of moral theory,but also the education of world view,life view and value,to further shape and cultivate the perfect character of medical graduate students.By summarizing the current situation of professional quality,social morality and mental health of medical postgraduates and analyzing the reasons,We analyzes some existing problems in Weifang Medical University,such as lack of integrity consciousness,lack of innovation consciousness and lack of dedication,and explores and practices the path of moral education enhancement for medical postgraduates in response to these problems.Starting from the four thinking and government teams of tutors,course teaching,experimental platform and academic staff,a new model of moral education cultivation of collaborative education and three-wide education is formed.The results of practice show that the moral education path based on the team level has achieved significant results in improving the moral quality of medical postgraduates,and this path helps medical postgraduates to grow into good doctors with excellent medical skills,a sense of family and social responsibility,as well as the ability to work hard in the professional field and have a strong mental capacity.Taking the school of medical laboratory and the school
