摘  要:预科生医学汉语教学是学术取向的专门用途汉语教学,其教材建设已初具规模,但亟待完善。本文立足于预科生医学汉语学习需求分析,通过建立预科生医学汉语教材词汇数据库和本科生医学专业教材文本数据库,借助技术工具进行中文分词、词频统计及词表交叉分析,探讨预科医学汉语教材与本科医学教材的词汇衔接度,为教材编写提供科学依据。主要结论如下:预科生医学汉语教材的词汇以医学专业基础词汇和中高等的书面语体通用词汇为主体,对预科生来说词汇级别高、难度大。预科生医学汉语教材与医学基础教材具有较高的词汇特征相似度。预科生医学汉语教材对医学基础教材的词汇衔接度较低。本文提出了预科生医学汉语教材编写的通用词汇理想词表及2163个理想目标词汇。Preparatory medical Chinese teaching is an academic-oriented special purpose Chinese teaching.The construction of its textbooks has begun to take shape,but it needs to be improved urgently.Based on the analysis of medical Chinese learning needs of preparatory students,this paper establishes a vocabulary database of preparatory medical Chinese textbooks and a text database of medical textbooks,uses technical tools to perform word segmentation,word frequency statistics and vocabulary cross-analysis to explore the vocabulary cohesion of preparatory medical Chinese textbooks and textbooks for medical majors,and provides a scientific basis for textbook compilation.The main conclusions are as follows:The vocabulary of the preparatory medical Chinese textbooks is mainly based on the professional medical words and common written-style words of middle and high level.For the preparatory students,the vocabulary level is high and difficult.Preparatory medical Chinese textbooks and medical textbooks have high similarity on lexical features.The vocabulary cohesion of the preparatory medical Chinese textbooks to the medical textbooks is low.This paper proposes an ideal vocabulary of common words and 2163 ideal target words for compiling preparatory medical Chinese textbooks.
