摘 要:目的基于有效教学理念,探讨3D打印教具在口腔修复学教学中的应用及效果。方法选取西安交通大学口腔医学院2018级62名口腔本科生为实验组,另选取2017级66名口腔本科生为对照组,选取固定义齿修复章节为教学内容,将运用3D打印教具辅助课堂教学的2018级学生与运用课件教学的2017级学生的阶段测试成绩、教学满意度进行比较。结果2018级学生的阶段测试成绩在牙体预备要点、全冠试戴要领、固定桥的分类题项上显著高于2017级学生,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;2018级学生的教学满意度在教学展示方法、提高学习效率、产生学习兴趣、易于概念理解以及利于长时记忆方面均显著高于2017级学生,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论运用有效教学理念,结合学生阶段测试成绩和教学满意度调查结果综合分析,3D打印教具在口腔修复学教学中的应用效果显著,具有应用及推广价值。Objective To explore the application and effect of using 3D printing teaching aids in prosthodontics teaching based on the effective teaching concept.Methods Sixty-two undergraduates of Class 2018 from Xi'an Jiaotong University majoring in stomatology were selected as the experimental group,and sixty-six undergraduates of class 2017 from the same school were selected as the control group.The chapter of fixed denture repair was selected as the teaching content.The stage test scores and teaching satisfaction of class 2018 students who use 3D printed teaching aids to assist classroom teaching are compared with class 2017 students who use courseware to teach.Results The stage test scores of class 2018 students were significantly higher than those of class 2017 students in the tooth preparation,crown fitting and classification items of fixed bridge,P<0.05,was statistically significant.The degree of satisfaction of class 2018 students was significantly higher than that of class 2017 students in teaching demonstration methods,improving learning efficiency,generating learning interest,facilitating concept understanding and facilitating long-term memory,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The application of 3D printing teaching aids in prosthodontics teaching has significant application and promotion value by using effective teaching concept and combining with students'test scores and teaching satisfaction survey results.
