摘 要:[目的]为青稞杂交组合选配和分子标记辅助选择育种奠定基础。[方法]利用简单序列重复(simple sequence repeat,SSR)分子标记分析39份青稞亲本材料间的遗传多样性,测量青稞亲本材料的株高、小穗密度、分蘖数、单株粒数和千粒质量等5个主要农艺性状,并进行SSR标记与农艺性状的关联分析。[结果](1)27个SSR分子标记的平均多态性信息含量达0.6125,其中Bmag0770和Scssr09398的多态性信息含量最高;(2)39份青稞亲本材料间的平均遗传距离约为0.3612,牡丹青稞和83A-19-1间的遗传距离最大,适合亲本优良杂交组合选择;(3)聚类和群体遗传结构分析将其聚为3个亚群,分别包含19、10和10份材料;(4)一般线性模型共检测到11个分子标记与株高、小穗密度、分蘖数、单株粒数和千粒质量等农艺性状相关联,对表型变异的解释率分别为10.15%~64.79%、6.26%~29.39%、13.70%~39.20%、16.54%~17.67%和10.81%~42.73%,且这11个关联标记均分布于6个基因组连锁群。[结论]供试的39份青稞亲本材料间遗传差异较小,亲缘关系较近,检测出的11个分子标记均可作为开发与农艺性状相关联候选基因的分子标记。[Purpose]To lay a foundation for hybrid combination selection and molecular marker-assisted selection breeding of hulless barley(Hordeum vulgare L.var.nudum Hook.f).[Methods]Genetic diversity among 39 parental materials of hulless barley was analyzed by(simple sequence repeat,SSR)markers,and five main agronomic traits,such as plant height,spikelet density,tiller number,grain number per plant and 1000-grain weight were measured,and then the correlation between SSR markers and agronomic traits was analyzed.[Results]1)The average polymorphism informa-tion content of 27 SSR markers was 0.6125,and the polymorphism information content of Bmag0770 and Scssr09398 was the highest.2)The average genetic distance between 39 hulless barley parents was about 0.3612,and that between Peony hulless barley and 83A-19-1 was the largest,which was suitable for the selection of excellent parents.3)Cluster analysis and population genetic structure ana-lysis divided the materials into three subgroups,containing 19,10 and 10 materials,respectively.4)A total of 11 molecular markers were found to be associated with plant height,spikelet density,tiller number,grain number per plant and 1000-grain weight,etc.,the explanatory rates of phenotypic vari-ation were 10.15%-64.79%,6.26%-29.39%,13.70%-39.20%,16.54%-17.67%and 10.81%-42.73%,respectively,and the 11 associated markers were detected in six linkage groups.[Conclusion]The 39 hulless barley parental materials tested in this study have little genetic differences and close genet-ic relationships,and the 11 molecular markers detected can be used as molecular markers to develop candidate genes associated with agronomic traits.
