摘　　要：目的探讨艾拉光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床效果及其安全性。方法收集2020年8月至2021年8月在兰州大学第一医院宫颈疾病中心接受ALA-PDT治疗的38例CIN患者的临床资料,分析ALA-PDT的治疗效果、不良反应及预后。结果患者在经ALA-PDT治疗前人乳头瘤病毒感染率为92.1%,治疗后感染率为48.6%,随访期间无病例复发。所有接受治疗的患者均可耐受光照,8例治疗后出现分泌物增多、下腹坠胀、局部不适、灼烧感等,无远期不良反应发生。结论ALA-PDT治疗CIN安全、有效且可重复性高,尤其适用于年轻且有生育要求的CIN患者。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of ALA photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT)in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods The medical records of 38 CIN patients who received ALA-PDT in the Cervical Disease Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were collected from August 2020 to August 2021.Results The HPV infection rate was 92.1%before ALA-PDT treatment,and 48.6%after treatment.There was no recurrence during follow-up.All the treated patients could tolerate light exposure,and 8 patients developed increased secretions,lower abdominal distention,local discomfort,and burning sensation after treatment.No long-term side effects occurred.Conclusions ALA-PDT is safe,effective and reproducible in the treatment of CIN,and it is especially suitable for young CIN patients with fertility requirements.
