摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,司法警官院校面临着不同的发展机遇与挑战,学生也面临许多新要求。司法行政警察类专业自招生以来,受到司法警官院校的高度重视。司法警官院校强调政治建校,思政课教学改革在司法警官院校尤显重要,在司法行政警察类专业尤为迫切。根据司法行政警察类专业学生问卷与监所对人才需求情况,了解目前湖南司法行政警察类专业学生及思政课教学现状、监所所需人才要求,针对新时代司法行政警察类专业思政课教学进行改革与探究,主要从科研协同发展、优化教学队伍、改进教学方法、改革教学评价方式等方面进行探索,以便提高司法行政警察类专业学生思想道德素质与法治素养,进而提高人才培养质量,为湖南培养德才兼备的高素质法治人才,建设好法治湖南、法治中国。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and judicial police academies are facing different development opportunities and challenges.Students also face many new demands.Since its enrollment,the judicial administration police major has been attached great importance to the judicial police colleges.The judicial policeaca demy emphasizes political establishment,the teaching reform of ideological and political courses is especially important in the judicial police colleges and especially urgent in the judicial administrative police majors.According to the questionnaire of students majoring in judicial administration and police and the prison's demand for talents,investigate the current teaching status of judicial administration and police majors in Hunan ideological and political courses,and the requirements of talents needed by prisons,In view of the new era of judicial administration police major ideological and political teaching reform and exploration,It mainly explores the collaborative development of scientific research,optimization of teaching staff,improvement of teaching methods,reform of teaching evaluation methods and other aspects in order to improve the ideological and moral quality and the rule of law quality of the students majoring in judicial administration and police,so as to improve the quality of personnel training,to cultivate high-quality legal talents with both morality and talent for Hunan,Hunan and China will be well governed by the rule of law.
