摘  要:泡露点计算是工科“化工分离过程”中最基本的汽液平衡计算,由于泡露点方程与温度呈高度非线性、与压力呈一定非线性,致使泡露点计算需要繁复的迭代计算,目前教科书上只展示计算思路,缺少实际计算过程,这导致同学难以理解和掌握这部分知识点。将Excel和Aspen应用到泡露点计算教学中,结合教科上丙酮-丁酮-乙酸乙酯三元非理想物系泡点温度计算教学案例,探讨了Excel和Aspen在化工分离过程教学中的应用。实践表明,采用Excel和Aspen辅助化工分离过程的教学方法,不仅有助于帮助学生对泡露点知识点的梳理,提高学生学习的积极性,加深对相平衡分离理论的理解,而且有助于培养学生利用常规Excel和流程模拟技术解决实际工程复杂问题的能力,提高学生的综合素养。The calculation of bubble and dew point is the most basic vapor-liquid equilibrium calculation in the chemical separation process of engineering,and it is often complicated,while the textbook only shows the calculation idea and lacks the actual calculation process.In this paper,Excel and Aspen were applied to the teaching of bubble and dew point calculation.Combined with the teaching case of bubble point temperature calculation,the application of Excel and Aspen in the teaching of chemical separation process is discussed.It is shown that teaching method of using Excel and Aspen to assist the classroom teaching is not only helpful to help students sort out the knowledge of bubble and dew point,improve students’enthusiasm for learning,and deepen their understanding of the phase equilibrium separation theory,but also helpful to cultivate students’ability to solve practical engineering complex problems by using conventional Excel and Aspen,and improve students’comprehensive quality.
