多排螺旋CT血管造影对肝肿瘤术前评估的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT血管造影对肝肿瘤术前评估的应用价值。方法:研究的对象从2020年2月至2021年2月,陆续研究42例患有恶性肿瘤患者评价需要进行切除手术者。此次研究进行二个阶段,前22例患者经由导管摄影了解血管型态,而另一批20例患者只接受多排螺旋CT当作手术前例行检查。所有42例患者都在动手术时做最后结果的确认。结果:除了2例患者无法如预期看到附属右肝动脉及左肝边动脉之外,CT血管摄影描述出所有血管异常处。结论:对于肝脏肿瘤切除的检查,多排螺旋CT的血管摄影提供实质脏器及血管卓越的手术前评价。Objective:To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in preoperative evaluation of liver tumors.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2021,42 patients with malignant tumors were studied to evaluate the patients who needed resection.The study was conducted in two stages.The first 22 patients underwent catheter photography to understand the vascular pattern,while the other 20 patients only received multi-slice spiral CT as a case before surgery.The final results of all 42 patients were confirmed at the time of operation.Results:Except for 2 patients who could not see the accessory right hepatic artery and left hepatic marginal artery as expected,CT angiography described all the vascular abnormalities.Conclusion:For the examination of liver tumor resection,multi-slice spiral CT angiography can provide excellent preoperative evaluation of parenchyma organs and blood vessels.
