摘　　要：目的探讨影响老年肺癌患者化疗并发症发生的因素,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法随机选择我院2019年3月-2021年9月收治的87例择期行化疗治疗的老年肺癌患者作为研究对象。根据患者住院期间化疗并发症发生情况分为并发症组(n=28)和非并发症组(n=59)。收集2组患者一般资料,包括性别、年龄、婚姻状况、吸烟史、合并疾病、病理类型、病理分期、衰弱状态等。采用多元Logistic回归分析影响老年肺癌患者化疗并发症发生的因素。结果2组患者年龄、合并疾病种类、病理分期、是否衰弱等资料比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,衰弱是患者化疗并发症发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论老年肺癌患者化疗前衰弱状况是化疗并发症的预测因子,因此可针对老年肺癌患者化疗前衰弱状况,采取有效措施进行干预,以此减轻医疗负担,提高老年患者化疗疗效。Objective To investigate the factors for the occurrence of chemotherapy complications in elderly patients with lung cancer in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods Eighty-seven elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent elective chemotherapy from March 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected as the study participants.They were assigned to the complication(n=28)and non-complication groups(n=59)following the occurrence of chemotherapy complications during hospitalization.General data were collected from patients in the 2 groups,including gender,age,marital status,smoking history,combined diseases,pathological types,pathological stages,and asthenia status.Multiple logistic regression was adopted to analyze the factors for the occurrence of chemotherapy complications in elderly patients with lung cancer.Results There were significant differences in age,type of combined disease,pathological stage,and presence or absence of asthenia between the two groups(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that asthenia was an independent risk factor for chemotherapy complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The asthenia of elderly patients with lung cancer before chemotherapy is a predictor of chemotherapy complications,so effective measures can be taken to intervene according to the asthenia of elderly patients with lung cancer before chemotherapy,which can reduce the medical burden and improve the treatment outcome of chemotherapy in elderly patients.
