摘　　要：目的探讨静脉性脑梗死的MRI特点,以提高对该病的认识。方法选取26例静脉性脑梗死患者的MRI资料进行分析。结果梗死病灶位于大脑浅表区14例(双侧5例、单侧9例),位于脑深部11例,位于小脑半球1例;其中15例为出血性脑梗死。18例患者进行了MRV检查,表现为相应引流静脉(窦)狭窄、信号缺失,侧支循环形成和引流静脉异常扩张。11例MRI增强扫描:4例脑回样强化,2例无明显强化,2例脑膜强化,3例皮层静脉扩张,其中10例静脉窦内发现“空三角征”。结论静脉性脑梗死MRI具有特殊的影像学表现,掌握其影像学特点可以减少误诊及漏诊。Objective To investigate the MRI features of venous cerebral infarction,so as to improve the diagnosis of the disease.Methods MRI data of 26 patients with cerebral venous infraction were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 14 cases of infarction focus located in the superficial cerebral area(bilateral in 5 cases,unilateral in 9 cases),11 cases were in the deep brain,and 1 case located in the cerebellar hemisphere;hemorrhagic infarctions were found in 15 cases.18 patients showed the corresponding drainage vein(sinus)stenosis,signal loss,collateral circulation and abnormal dilation on MRV.11 cases were performed enhanced scanning:4 cases were gyrus like enhancement,no obvious enhancement was found in 2 cases,meningeal enhancement was found in 2 cases,cortical venous dilatation was found in 3 cases,of which 10 cases were found"the empty delta sign"in venous sinus.Conclusion Venous cerebral infarction has special imaging features on MRI.Mastering its imaging characteristics can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
