摘　　要：目的:探讨磁性管理理念联合JCI标准对手术室护士进行分层培训的价值研究。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月湖北医药学院附属国药东风总医院47名手术室护士作为研究对象,采用数字随机法将其分为对照组22例与观察组25例。对照组采用常规培训管理,观察组采取磁性管理理念联合JCI标准的分层培训,观察并比较两组手术室护士核心能力、临床演练评分及护理满意度的变化。结果:干预后,观察组护士的核心操作技术、临床演练评分、临床护理质量比对照组显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:采用磁性管理理念联合JCI标准对手术室护士进行分层培训,可有效激发手术室护士的主观能动性,提高临床专业素质以及麻醉医师、家属对护理工作的满意程度,该管理有利于手术室护士的梯队建设。Objective:To explore the value of magnetic management concept and Joint Commission International(JCI)standards for stratified training of operating room nurses.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,47 operating room nurses in this hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(22 cases)and observation group(25 cases)by numerical random method.The control group adopted the routine training management,and the observation group adopted the stratified training of magnetic management concept and JCI standard.The changes of core competence,clinical exercise score and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the core of the operating technology,clinical practice score and quality of clinical nursing of the observation group were superior to control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Using the magnetic management concept and JCI standard to conduct hierarchical training for operating room nurses can effectively stimulate the subjective initiative of operating room nurses,improve the clinical professional quality and the satisfaction of anesthesiologists and their families to nursing work,and this management is conducive to the echelon construction of operating room nurses.
