摘　　要：目的 观察并比较2种不同手术方式治疗青光眼合并白内障患者的临床效果。方法 选取行手术治疗的青光眼合并白内障患者300例为研究对象,随机分为观察组150例和对照组150例。观察组给予超声乳化联合人工晶体植入及房角镜直视下房角分离手术,对照组给予超声乳化联合人工晶体植入及复合式小梁切除术。分析2组患者术前、术后超声生物显微镜(UBM)各项参数;比较2组并发症发生率和复发率。结果 2组患者UBM参数分析结果显示,观察组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.67%(4/150),低于对照组的13.33%(20/150),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为6.67%(10/150),低于对照组的20.00%(30/150),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相较于另一术式,超声乳化联合人工晶体植入及房角镜直视下房角分离手术安全性更高,手术创伤小,并发症少,且恢复情况更佳。Objective To observe and compare the clinical effects of two different surgical meth⁃ods on patients with glaucoma and cataract.Methods A total of 300 patients with glaucoma combined with cataract underwent surgical treatment were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided in⁃to observation group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The observation group received phacoe⁃mulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and goniosynechialysis under atrial angle lens,while the control group received phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and complex trabeculectomy.The parameters of preoperative and postoperative ultrasound biological microscopy(UBM)were analyzed in the two groups.The complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The results of UBM parameter analysis showed that the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The com⁃plication rate of the observation group was 2.67%(4/150),which was significantly lower than 13.33%(20/150)of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.67%(10/150),which was significantly lower than 20.00%(30/150)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and goniosynechialysis under atrial angle lens are safer,and patients have less surgical trauma,fewer complications and better recovery compared with the other surgery.
